The Nanak philosophy teaches that when we peep inside, introspect, and improve ourselves, we feel the change. The society that we live in today is the result of our thought processes, circumstances, knowledge, and more. The emergence of new society is going to be a combined effort by us all. If each one of us will change, we can hope to bring about a change in the new society. Together, let us pledge to leave the world better than we were born into.

Human race is the supreme creation of nature and the most intelligent species of all. Yet, we fall prey to our own methods and our self-created drenches as we go against the laws of nature. Ultimately, it hinders the elevation of human race. Thus, emergence of new society is need of the hour as we always get clutched by the claws of rituals, superstitions, corruption, show–off, illusions, delusions, and various other vices. A society, free from vices and evils is envisaged by all, one that does not indulge us in myths and fears or takes us away from the reality of the purpose of our lives.

Welcome to Jeevan Jaach,

I’m Rimple Arora, the Co-Founder and President of Jeevan Jaach. This initiative is a heartfelt expression of my lifelong passion to create holistic well-being and make quality education freely accessible to all.

With qualifications in M.Com, E.CCED, CIDTT, a Diploma in Integrative Counseling, certifications as an NLP Practitioner and Life Coach Mentor, and currently pursuing an MA in Psychology, my academic path has always been led by the intention to uplift lives through knowledge, emotional wellness, and spiritual grounding. My thesis explores the connection between Gurbani and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy), reflecting my deep belief that every child should be rooted in their mother language and spiritual teachings.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with students, educators, and institutions conducting workshops and training programs at schools such as Oberoi International, Ajmera Global School, and the American School. These experiences deepened my understanding of the emotional and psychological needs of learners across age groups and inspired me to design a more holistic, heart-centered approach to education and empowerment.

This vision took shape through Jeevan Jaach, which now operates across five core cells each dedicated to nurturing a different aspect of well-being: from language and Gurbani to mental health, teacher training, and Sangeet. We’ve also built a strong network of over 45 trained counselors who extend support to schools and communities, helping us create real impact on the ground.

Jeevan Jaach is not just an organization, it is my journey, my calling, and my connection to you. I believe that health is not only physical, but also deeply emotional, mental, and spiritual. Through every initiative and every interaction, our goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where people can grow, connect, and thrive.

Through education, introspection, and service, we aim to empower individuals to become conscious contributors to this collective transformation.

I’m Baljit Kaur, Co-Founder and Vice President of Jeevan Jaach. For as long as I can remember, Gurbani has been my guiding light, its wisdom, a constant companion in my journey as an educator, poetess, and spiritual seeker.

Jeevan Jaach is a heartfelt extension of this path, a platform to share the timeless teachings of Gurbani in a way that touches and transforms lives. Our mission is simple but profound: to help individuals reconnect with themselves, with truth, and with the divine wisdom within. We believe education is not just about learning, it’s about awakening. At Jeevan Jaach, we strive to make Gurbani accessible, relatable, and deeply relevant for people of all backgrounds and age groups.

The verse “Aap Sawaraih Main Milaih” holds deep meaning for me. It reminds us that true change begins within. When we refine and uplift ourselves, we naturally begin to impact the world around us in meaningful ways.

Our vision is the Emergence of a New Society: one that is not bound by fear, ego, illusion, or ritual, but is instead rooted in truth, awareness, and compassion. A society where individuals live with purpose, speak with clarity, and uplift one another without judgment. Through every initiative, Jeevan Jaach is working to bring this vision to life; one thought, one learner, and one human at a time.

Jeevan Jaach is not limited to any one community, it is for all of humanity. Through poetry, language, spiritual exploration, and mental and emotional empowerment, we’re creating a space where people can heal, grow, and thrive together.
