Sharda Sachdeva (Muzaffarnagar)
I joined Jeevan Jaach in August 2024 as a student, the journey towards seva began within just a few months, receiving the blessing to begin teaching in March 2025. I serve as a Nirmal Teacher, Story Writer, and Counselor. Teaching Gurmukhi and deepening my understanding of Gurbani is my passion, and this journey has become an important part of my spiritual growth. I am filled with heartfelt gratitude to the Jeevan Jaach family.
Manprit kaur (Mumbai)
Joining Jeevan Jaach in 2022 as a student of the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course, the curiosity to learn and understand Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji led to a golden opportunity — to explore the true inner meanings of SGGS and find lifelong guidance to live a purposeful life. I now serve as a Teacher at Jeevan Jaach, and in this role, I find myself growing alongside my students every day. The process of helping others has become a journey of self-growth in itself. I am deeply grateful for this wonderful opportunity to be a part of the Jeevan Jaach family.
Dr Jyotica Pal( (ERODE))
Blessed to discover Jeevan Jaach during Covid, this journey began in 2022 when my kids first learnt the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course. Since then, the thirst for learning and imbibing Gurbani into daily life has kept me deeply connected to Jeevan Jaach. As a doctor and author of 'Medical Microbiology Made Easy' for MBBS and Dental students, I had long been seeking meaningful content and deeper writings within Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. At Jeevan Jaach, I found the opportunity to learn and decode Gurbani in its truest essence, sharing its wisdom with others. With a desire to spread this knowledge across generations, I remain committed to this journey of learning and seva at Jeevan Jaach.
Preeti Kapoor (Udaipur)
At Jeevan Jaach, I serve as a teacher of Gurbani Grammar, Language and Structure (Bantar), as well as a Content Writer and Poetess. With a Post-Graduation in Sanskrit Grammar and professional experience as a Special Assistant in a Nationalised Bank, I bring a unique blend of linguistic depth and disciplined precision to everything I do. My journey with Jeevan Jaach began in December 2020, and with every passing year, this seva has only grown more meaningful. For me, teaching Gurbani is not merely an academic exercise — it is a soulful responsibility of helping students from across the world connect with the Guru's teachings on a deeper and more personal level. Every lesson taught and every word written is as much a part of my own spiritual unfolding as it is of my students.
Trilochan Kaur(Bokaro)
Before joining Jeevan Jaach in 2020, life revolved around family as a homemaker and nurturing young minds as a home tutor. That same spirit of nurturing and learning led to joining Jeevan Jaach, where I completed the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani, Santhya, Grammar and Bantar courses. What began as a student's journey gradually grew into the privilege of serving as a Gurbani Teacher. Jeevan Jaach has beautifully complemented both worlds — the love for family and the passion for teaching — by adding a deeper spiritual and linguistic dimension to my life.
Rajveendar kaur Hundal (Hubli)
As a teacher, I am dedicated to nurturing students' love for the Gurmukhi language, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while instilling moral values and cultural appreciation. Through interactive and engaging methods, I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves and grow. But above all, I consider myself a lifelong learner.
I joined the Jeevan Jaach family in January 2021. With a Bachelor's in Optometry, I bring patience, empathy, discipline, and strong communication skills into my teaching practice.
I feel truly fortunate to have Jeevan Jaach in my life.
Ravneet kaur Rajpal (Indore)
I am serving as a teacher and voiceover artist at Jeevan Jaach. I have completed my Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication. I joined the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani classes in 2020 and since then, I have been involved in teaching along with continuous learning. I am both a student and a teacher at Jeevan Jaach, and this journey constantly inspires me to become a better person. The teachings bring positive changes in my life every day, and I feel truly grateful and blessed to be a part of this seva. I am committed to continuing this seva for as long as I am blessed with this opportunity.

My journey with Jeevan Jaach began in 2021 as a student of the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course, and since then, every step has led to something deeper and more meaningful. As a student, I went on to explore Gurbani Santhya, Bantar, and Vyakaran — each course adding a new dimension to my understanding of Gurbani. I currently serve as a Content Creator and Gurbani Decoding guide at Jeevan Jaach, also contributing to the designing of Gurbani courses alongside fellow mentors. Every Veechar deepens my perspective and every poem I write brings me closer to Gurbani. My passion for Gurmukhi and Gurbani only grows with each passing day, and I am truly grateful to Jeevan Jaach for creating a platform where learning never stops.
Gurpreet Kaur (Indore)
My journey with Jeevan Jaach began as a student of the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course. After completing the course, I stepped into the seva of teaching and currently serve as a teacher for the Beginners and Explorers courses — two programmes designed for different age groups of young learners. Teaching kids has been a joyful experience, and in the process, I find myself learning alongside them every day. Joining Jeevan Jaach has brought about a profound shift in my perspective towards life and mental peace, inspiring me to continuously learn and unlearn what no longer serves me. I am truly grateful and blessed to be a part of the Jeevan Jaach family.
Maninder Kaur (Aurangabad)
"Language is a roadmap of culture, and keeping our culture alive and spreading it across our people is what motivates me every day."
Teaching has been a part of my life for over 30 years. I have been part of the Jeevan Jaach family since 2023, and my journey here has been a truly fulfilling one. I have had the opportunity to work across different areas such as content writing, story and poem writing, and scripting for annual programs. Gurmat Vichaar, Gurbani Vyaakaran, and Gurbani santhya are my areas of particular interest.
My passion for teaching, when combined with Gurbani becomes even more meaningful and satisfying. I am grateful to be a part of the Jeevan Jaach family and to work alongside such a wonderful, dedicated, and inspiring team.
Parvinder Kaur (Dubai)
At Jeevan Jaach, I serve as a Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani Teacher, but more than anything, I consider myself a lifelong learner. For me, languages are not merely words on a page — they are powerful bridges that connect people, cultures, and emotions. I joined Jeevan Jaach in January 2024, currently based in Dubai. Before stepping into the world of teaching, I worked as a merchandiser in home textile export — an experience that helped me understand people, communication, and global connections in a unique way. When I teach, I feel that I am not only guiding my students but also learning something new with every lesson. Each class is a shared journey of growth, discovery, and meaningful connection.
Harpreet Sawhney(USA)
I have been associated with Jeevan Jaach since January 2019. I began my journey as a learner in the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani courses and later continued with the Grammar course, where I strengthened my Gurmukhi with clarity and confidence.
Under the guidance of my respected mentors, I progressed steadily and eventually began supporting and teaching fellow learners.
Being a part of the Jeevan Jaach family has been a truly transformative experience for me. It has helped me develop a more positive mindset, renewed my confidence, and deepened my sense of pride in being part of this learning community.
By profession, I am a teacher and currently work with children aged 6–9 years in a Montessori school. I remain deeply grateful to my mentors, who were once my teachers and are now my strongest guides and supporters in this journey.
Shefali Kaur Juneja(USA)
My journey with Jeevan Jaach began right from its founding during the COVID-19 pandemic, joining in May 2020 at a time when everything was new and uncertain. Being part of something so meaningful from day one has been truly special. Starting as a volunteer and teacher while living in Mumbai, I connected with students across different age groups, and along the way realised that I was learning just as much from my students as they were learning from me. I also contributed to creating some of the early resources for Jeevan Jaach, including PowerPoint presentations, which made me feel deeply connected to the organisation's growth.
One of the most beautiful aspects of this journey has been meeting people from different parts of the world and learning from their diverse experiences. Serving at Jeevan Jaach has helped me grow not just professionally, but also spiritually and personally. Today, based in the United States of America, I continue to serve as a Teacher at Jeevan Jaach, and look back at every step of this journey with deep gratitude and pride.
Manpreet kaur (MORADABAD)
With a sincere intention to learn how to read Gurbani correctly and understand its true meaning, the journey with Jeevan Jaach began in 2024. What started as a personal desire for clarity gradually became a journey of seva and responsibility. Today, I serve as a Language Coordinator for the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course, striving to help students develop correct pronunciation, clarity of language, and confidence in reading Gurbani with understanding. For me, it is not just about teaching words — it is about helping young minds connect with the depth and wisdom behind those words.
I believe that when Gurbani is understood properly, it transforms our thinking, speech, and actions. I see myself first as a learner, continuously growing while supporting others on the same path. My aspiration is to help students move beyond mechanical reading and develop a meaningful relationship with Gurbani, so that its teachings guide their everyday lives. I remain committed to walking this path with sincerity, nimarta, and a constant effort to align my actions with what I learn.
B.Manjeet Kaur (Hubli)
A learner — first and last. As I continue to grow while playing the roles of both teacher and student, my journey has been marked by many meaningful milestones. My greatest achievement is earning a place in my students' hearts, a bond they cherish for a lifetime. Sharing God's blessings in the form of knowledge brings me immense satisfaction. Joining Jeevan Jaach in February 2021 proved to be a truly life-changing experience, for which I remain deeply grateful. I strongly believe that words spoken from the heart always reach other hearts.
Arvinder Kaur (Canada)
With a lifelong passion for teaching and a deep love for my mother tongue, Punjabi, I spent many years teaching in India before moving to Canada. After the move, opportunities to engage with Punjabi felt limited — until 2023, when I discovered Jeevan Jaach. Their structured approach to teaching the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course, with grammar and visual aids, inspired me deeply. After completing the course, I now serve as a Teacher at Jeevan Jaach, guiding students alongside a wonderful team. This journey has been truly fulfilling. Jeevan Jaach beautifully embodies Nanak's philosophy — understanding human psychology and using Gurbani not as a ritual, but as a practical guide for living. I hope to continue spreading these teachings and wish this family to flourish in their seva to humanity.
Daljeet Kaur (Mumbai)
Beginning the Jeevan Jaach journey in 2025 with self-learning and personal practice, the path to teaching began with the encouragement and guidance of mentors. Taking the initiative to begin teaching children offline at the Gurudwara during the May 2025 vacation, online classes were later added as well, held every Tuesday. I sincerely believe that this journey would not have been possible without the constant help and support of my mentors and colleagues at Jeevan Jaach. Currently, I serve as a Teacher for the Beginners and remain deeply grateful for the guidance and blessings that have helped me grow in this seva.
Gurmail Singh (Ropar)
My journey with Jeevan Jaach began in January 2022 as a student of the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course. I went on to complete the Grammar and Gurbani Santhya courses, learning to recite Gurbani in its pure form and gaining a deeper understanding of its verses. Under the guidance of my respected mentors, I progressed steadily and eventually stepped into the seva of teaching and serving as a Gurbani Decoding guide at Jeevan Jaach.
As a retired Civil Engineer from the Irrigation Department with 38 years of government service, my professional life was fulfilling — yet something remained incomplete. The opportunity to learn Shudh Gurbani and truly understand its meanings had always eluded me. Joining Jeevan Jaach filled that void in the most profound way. This journey has gifted me a positive mindset, renewed confidence, and an immense pride in being a part of this wonderful family. The recognition received along the way from the Jeevan Jaach family has only deepened my commitment to this seva.
