Language Head and Coordinators

Baljit Kaur (Mohali)

Languahe Head

I have been connected with Jeevan Jaach since January 2024 and am honoured to serve as the Head of the Language Academy, alongside my roles as a Teacher and Content Creator. Together, we work to deliver sessions that are in alignment with Gurbani teachings, while emphasising the reforming of one's mindset (soch), speech (bani), actions (karam), and fostering a powerful sense of accountability from within. My role spans curriculum development, academic oversight, teacher mentorship, and coordination, while ensuring that every aspect of session development reflects spiritual integrity, academic rigour, and age-appropriate engagement.

My experience with Jeevan Jaach, however, goes far beyond these operational aspects. Being part of this community is not merely a role — it is a deeply personal spiritual journey. Each

session is a reminder that we are learners before we are teachers. I witness transformation not only in students but within myself. This space encourages humility over intellectual pride and sincerity over performance. We are all co-travelers walking together on the path of Gurmat. This seva feels more like a calling — an opportunity to grow inwardly while serving outwardly. It reminds me that we are here not to appear knowledgeable, but to become aligned with Gurbani's teachings in our daily lives. May we continue this journey in nimarta (humility) and chardi kalaa (ever-rising spirit and optimism).

Ivnitt Kaur (Hyderabad)

Coordinator, Advance Leaner

I have been associated with Jeevan Jaach since November 2020, contributing across multiple roles as a Coordinator, language educator, content creator, and more. With a foundation in pre-primary education, my work is guided by patience, clarity of communication, and learner-centred engagement.

My journey with Jeevan Jaach has deepened the values I was already aligned with, adding structure, intentionality, and greater depth to my professional practice. It has reinforced my belief that education extends beyond formal instruction — it is reflected in one's conduct, communication, and commitment to continuous self-development.

Through the responsibilities I undertake here, I remain dedicated to reflective growth, purposeful contribution, and upholding the ethos that Jeevan Jaach stands for.

Kavneet Kaur (Delhi)

Coordinator , Punjabi Grammar

I am kavneet from Delhi. Working with Jeevan Jaach as teacher and coordinator of language academy

Varinder Kaur (Faridabad)

Coordinator Gurmukhi Explores

Serving as the Explorers Coordinator and a Teacher at Jeevan Jaach, this journey began in June 2022 as a student, with the opportunity to step into teaching arriving within just a few months. What began as a quest to learn Gurmukhi and understand Gurbani more deeply gradually became a passion that Jeevan Jaach gave wings to. The most beautiful realisation along the way has been that the roles of learner and educator are never truly separate — every class teaches me something new. Although my connection with Gurbani existed long before, it is at Jeevan Jaach that I have truly begun living its virtues and walking the path of Gurmat with clarity and purpose.

Sabhnoor Kaur (Hoshiarpur)

Coordinator, Gurmukhi Beginners

As a postgraduate and  pursuing my role as a homemaker, I sometimes felt the need to do something for my inner peace. It was one day that someone shared the joining link of Jeevan Jaach, and since then there has been no looking back. Coming from a non-Punjabi academic background, I joined Jeevan Jaach in 2024 as a student of the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course and today serve as a Teacher here. What began fearfully — stepping into a classroom with hesitation — gradually blossomed into confidence, thanks to the warmth of co-teachers and the deeply cooperative environment at Jeevan Jaach. Jeevan Jaach has brought enormous change, growth, and happiness into my life as a person, and its teachings have not just added a role to my life — they have reshaped it altogether.

Avneet Sadana (New Delhi)

Coordinator , Spoken Punjabi

Driven by a deep desire to learn and absorb, the journey with Jeevan Jaach began in January 2024 with Santhya, followed by Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani, Bantar, and Gurbani Vyakaran — all within the same year. At Jeevan Jaach, I serve as a Coordinator for Spoken Punjabi and am also connected with the Gurbani Team. I am here to learn and absorb as much as possible while doing seva to the best of my ability. Having received so much from this journey, I plan to continue learning any upcoming courses and remain committed to contributing towards the growth of Jeevan Jaach with patience and hard work.

Gurbani Head and Coordinators

Ranjeet RAVINDER KAUR (SILIGURI)

Gurbani Head

My journey with Jeevan Jaach began in December 2021 as a student. What started as a simple step towards learning soon became a life-changing experience. The guidance, values, and opportunities received here shaped not only my education but also my confidence, vision, and purpose. Today, I am proud to serve as a Head of the Gurbani Academy and a Teacher, giving back to the very institution that helped shape who I am. Jeevan Jaach is not just a workplace for me it is a community, a foundation, and a lifelong mission to help others experience the same transformation that once changed my life.

Raghbir Singh (Ludhiana)

Coordinator Gurbani Santhya

Joining Jeevan Jaach in February 2021 as a student of the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course, what began as a personal quest for learning gradually grew into the privilege of seva. Though rooted in Ludhiana, my birthplace and entire education trace back to Calcutta — a journey across cities that has only deepened my appreciation for language, culture and connection. Through it all, Jeevan Jaach helped shape my approach towards teaching with patience, empathy, and creativity. I see myself as a lifelong learner — every time I teach, I feel that I am not only guiding others but also learning something new about myself. This journey has become a part of my own spiritual growth, helping me stay aligned with the path I have always believed in. It feels less like work and more like walking a path that keeps me grounded, inspired, and fulfilled. I presently serve as a Gurbani Santhya Coordinator and Teacher at Jeevan Jaach.

Surjit Kaur (New Delhi)

Coordinator Gurbani Prodavaad

March 2021 brought me to Jeevan Jaach with one goal — to learn Punjabi. What followed was far more than a language lesson. Jeevan Jaach reshaped my understanding of spirituality and the way I choose to live each day. I presently serve as a Gurbani Prodavaad Coordinator and a Teacher, and with every class and every discussion, I find myself growing in ways I never anticipated. I am deeply grateful for a journey that gave me so much more than I came looking for.

Diljot Kaur (New Delhi)

Coordinator Gurbani Santhya

Joining Jeevan Jaach in 2020 with a simple intention of learning the language, what followed was far beyond anything expected. A B.Com graduate by education, it was patience and discipline that quietly shaped this journey from a curious student to a Gurbani Santhya Coordinator and Teacher. Teaching Gurbani Santhya is not just a role — it is a deeply sincere commitment to helping students connect with the true essence of every word they recite. The journey over these five years has been one of immense personal growth, with every class and every student adding a new layer of understanding and strength. The values and guidance received at Jeevan Jaach have transformed not just the approach towards teaching but towards life itself. I am deeply grateful to Jeevan Jaach for this opportunity and for the faith placed in me — it is truly a blessing to be a part of this wonderful family.

Dr. Gurmeet Kaur (Saharanpur)

Coordinator Decoding

Attached with Jeevan Jaach since May 2021, I serve as the Gurbani Decoding Coordinator. As a Homoeopathic physician with a BHMS and PGDHM, my understanding of healing has always gone beyond the physical — and Jeevan Jaach has deepened that understanding profoundly. Through this journey I have come to realise that true spirituality is not theoretical knowledge but practical living. Spiritual growth begins with self-awareness, and ego remains the biggest barrier to true healing. Real strength lies in inner stability, not outer success. I am deeply grateful to Jeevan Jaach for providing a deeper understanding of Gurbani that has been instrumental in the uplifting and elevation of my soul.

Virinder Pal Kaur Sahni (New Delhi)

Coordinator Gurbani Bantar

I have been a part of Jeevan Jaach since January 2022. My journey began as a student of the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course. After completing the course, I first served as an observer and later stepped into the role of a teacher. Under the guidance of my mentors, I went on to complete the Grammar and Santhya courses, deepening both my understanding and connection with Gurbani.

I also contributed to the development of the Bantar course and currently serve as the Coordinator of the Gurbani Bantar Course.

Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding, which has shaped my discipline and dedication to continuous growth. However, beyond academic learning, Jeevan Jaach has given me something far more meaningful — a sense of purpose, direction, and a feeling of reconnecting with myself.

Ranjeet kaur

Coordinator , Gurbani Vyakaran

I joined Jeevan Jaach in January 2022, and since then, it has been a truly transformative journey. I currently serve as a Gurbani Vyakaran (Grammar) Coordinator and a Teacher. Through teaching grammar, I strive to help learners connect with their roots, take pride in their mother tongue, and express themselves with clarity and confidence. I believe that language is more than just communication — it is identity, culture, and heritage. Being a part of Jeevan Jaach has given deeper meaning to my life, not only strengthening me as an educator but also helping me grow each day as a human being. I am grateful to contribute to an organization that nurtures not only young minds but also serves as a learning space for all age groups.

Admin Heads

Ranjeet Kaur Bhamra (Mumbai )

Administrative Head, Language Academy Gurbani

Joining Jeevan Jaach in 2020, the journey began with a longheld passion to learn Punjabi and Gurmukhi, without knowing where to start. While others around were doing Path, that desire to learn the language kept growing. A forwarded message during the COVID lockdown became the spark that changed everything — I joined hesitantly, unsure of the technology, but it turned out to be a true turning point. With dedication, I progressed from being a learner to teaching new students, and today I serve as the Administration Head of Gurbani Academy at Jeevan Jaach. Having previously worked as a substitute teacher for primary students, the love for learning and nurturing others has always been at the core. I am deeply grateful to be part of the Jeevan Jaach family, continuing to learn and grow every day.

Vinnie Kohli (Pune)

Administrative Head, Language Academy

As the Administration Head of the Language Academy and Head of the Sangeet Academy at Jeevan Jaach, this journey began in October 2021 as a student of the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course. A B.Com graduate with a background in family business, the skills of management, coordination, and accountability have naturally translated into this seva. What started as a personal quest for learning quietly grew into a calling that now feels like a lifeline. Jeevan Jaach is not just an organisation I work for — it is the foundation that keeps me grounded, purposeful, and alive in the truest sense.

Digital Heads

Jasvinder Kaur Gandhi (Jamnagar)

HOD Content Designing

Joining Jeevan Jaach in April 2020 as a student of the Gurmukhi and Basic Gurbani course, what began as a journey of learning soon opened doors to seva. After completing the course, I took on the responsibility of backend support — handling typing, presentations, and content designing for various courses. Along the way, I also enrolled in several ongoing courses — Grammar, Santhya, Gurbani Decoding, and Bantar — gaining valuable knowledge and confidence with each one. I also explored teaching Grammar, which added yet another fulfilling dimension to this journey.

Today, I serve as the Head of Content Designing at Jeevan Jaach. There are no words adequate enough to describe what this organisation has given me — only that I pour everything I have into this seva, and it gives back even more. I am deeply thankful to the management and my colleagues for their constant support and am proud to be a part of the Jeevan Jaach family.

Inderjeet Kaur (Siliguri)

HOD Social Media

"I want life to be a restless sparrow, flitting from one horizon to the next, gathering moments like scattered grains, leaving a trace, taking a memory, always moving, always free, giving as much as it receives."

These lines are not just poetry — they are a compass for my life's purpose. Jeevan Jaach, which I joined in September 2024 as a student of the Basic Gurmukhi and Gurbani course, has become one such meaningful place on this journey. Even now, like a restless sparrow, I gather what I can and share what I have learned, serving as a HOD of Social media and Teacher.

"ਆਪੁ ਸਵਾਰਹਿ ਮੈ ਮਿਲਹਿ ਮੈ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਇ" — self-improvement leads to self-connection, and self-connection leads to true happiness — this Gurbani line resonates deeply with me. Here, I have learned to understand "I" not as ego, but as a positive seed — replacing arrogance with self-respect and nurturing that seed into growth. For me, Jeevan Jaach is not just an organisation. It is a community, a source, and a guide on this path of bliss.
